We spend 4 nights in San Sebastian lovely. All the employees were affable and consistently courteous. The location of the hotel was great and amazing - not very far from La Concha Promenade. And it was also very close to the old town and the ocean, shops and restaurants and a perfectly quiet plaza.
There was no milk which we expected, so were a little disappointed.

That was modern and fancy hotel set in great area, just next door to the centre, the old town where there's an abundance of fantastic local food and drink to experience and the old city center. Its location a couple of blocks away from Palacio Goikoa was great and amazing. The staff were amiable, consistently courteous.
